What size are your badges?Our badges comes in 2 different sizes- 38mm and 58mm. As well as this we also offer magnets, keyrings, mirror keyrings and compact mirrors in the 58mm size.

What is your turnaround time?Typically our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from when payment is made. Please note that this does not include shipping times. Our items are handmade with care here in Wales. In busier times or for larger/more complex orders, turnaround time may be slightly longer but we will always communicate this with you! If you need your order for a specific date please let us know so we can tell you if it can be done in plenty of time!

Do you offer discounts?Yes! For bulk/team orders we do offer discounts so that you can have more cheer for less! Simply get in touch to discuss our bulk order discount options.

Do you do custom orders?Absolutely! We love creating items that's personal and special to you! We have a few options on the website under 'create your own' and you can also email us at cheerfulbadges@outlook.com or fill in the form on the 'contact us' page to get started on bringing your ideas to life!

How do I place a custom order?We have a range of items available in our shop that can be personalised to suit your requirements. If you are placing a team order, you can either message us on Instagram (@cheerfulbadges), email us at cheerfulbadges@outlook.com or simply fill in the form in the 'Contact us' section and we will contact you to discuss your ideas and requirements :)

Team ordersOne of the main types of orders we have the pleasure of creating is ones for cheer/dance/gymnastics teams and many other wonderful sports teams! Our goal is to offer teams an affordable range of souvenirs and accesories that will make your athletes and team members want to show off their team name on the go! Team orders must come through the coaches/teams- simply get in touch to see our Team brochure which details team/bulk order discounts :)

What's your MOQ (Minimum order quantity) ?The majority of our products/items comes with no MOQ! For custom croc charms there's a MOQ of 20 due to the rubber mold that needs to be made. With team orders we understand that smaller teams/programmes can't always reach the MOQ that some businesses/companies give, so it's important to us that you can order custom & personalised items in the quantities that you need! We do however offer bulk order discounts on our products!

What is the process for custom/team orders?Here's a breakdown of our typical process for custom/team orders! We'd like to emphasise that throughout the whole process we're always updating you on your order and are happy to answer any questions that you have :) 1) Customer contacts us with what they're interested in (don't worry if you're not too sure what you're after- we're happy to help you with some ideas!). 2) We'll respond with a quote and some design ideas (for items such as badges etc) for you to look at. At this stage is when the ideas comes to life! Once we've sent some designs and ideas to you, you are more than welcome to add/change things or even ask for something completely different- remember our goal is to create something that you love so don't be afraid to give your opinion! 3) Once we've confirmed your design, quantity and that you're happy with your order, the next step is payment. We accept payments via Paypal and/or bank transfer. Need an invoice? No problem- let us know and we'll email one over to you! 4) Next is the fun part- creating your Cheerful goodies! During this step we love showing the progress and some behind the scenes clips of the creation process on our socials so be sure to keep an eye out! 5)Once we've finished creating your order, we will contact you to let you know that they're finished and then we will contact you to let you know when they're due to be posted! 6)All that's left to do is wait for your Cheerful goodies to arrive! If you're able to- tag us in some pics on your socials so we can see where our items have gone to! We're also really appreciative of any reviews/feedback that you have!
